Join me, Flo, for some extracurricular gut healing yoga practice, together with the gut healing community.

We will meet every Monday evening at 5:30pm GMT for a class based around gut health specifically and developing your yoga practice in general. Of course, the benefits of gut health reach far beyond the gut, and as you will know by now from the 4 week programme, there is much more to gut healing yoga than the digestive system!

This class is especially great to join once you have completed the 4-part workshop series with me, or with the online videos. You are also more than welcome to join if you haven't done the course and want to see what Y4GH&H is all about and join a community of like-minded/bodied souls.

Look forward to more asanas, pranayama, meditation, and a multitude of other yogic techniques and technologies to put into your yogic healing practice. As people with sensitive tummies, the gut is most often our first concern, but we don't have to stop there. Now that we know how to protect our delicate areas we can look beyond our gut gaze, towards healing even more holistically than before.
